After working in the O&P industry for 13 years, Albert Garney, CPO was prepared to provide a cutting edge facility for O&P care. In November 2007, Al founded Prince William Orthotic and Prosthetic (PWOP) in response to increasing demand for O&P services in the county. Located in the Surgery Center next to Prince William Hospital, PWOP is a patient care facility that includes an on-site fabrication laboratory.
